Town's U18s hammered Birmingham City 6-1 at Playford Road on Saturday morning. Jordan Rhodes scored twice (one penalty), while Ian Nimmo also netted from the spot and Jack Ainsley, Kieran Leabon and Ed Upson added the other four goals.

Striker Danny Haynes has been called into the England U19 squad for a friendly against Turkey at Doncaster Rovers' Keepmoat Stadium on Wednesday, 21st March. Haynes won his first international cap at any level earlier in the month as the U19s defeated Poland 4-1 at Bournemouth.
